How do I cancel?+
Just call, text, or email Dylan. We'll turn off billing at the end of your current month. No runaround, no retention calls.
Is the website setup really free?+
Yes. We design and build your custom website at no cost. You only pay the monthly plan fee for hosting, features, and support.
How fast will my site be live?+
Most sites go live within 24 hours of submitting your intake form. Complex builds (photo shoots, custom features) may take 2-3 days.
How do I pay each month?+
We accept Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, bank transfer, cash, check, or card. You pick what works best for you during intake.
Can you migrate my existing website?+
Absolutely. Share your current site URL and we'll rebuild it with our platform — keeping your content, photos, and branding. No downtime.
Do I own my domain name?+
Yes. If you have a custom domain (Standard or Premium), it's registered in your name. You own it and can take it with you anytime.
Can I make changes after launch?+
Of course. Text or email us and we'll update your site — new services, prices, photos, hours. Changes are included in your plan.
How does online ordering work?+
Customers pick services and submit orders through your website. You get notified instantly. Available on Standard and Premium plans.
Do I need the hardware bundles?+
Hardware is optional. If you already have a tablet or POS system, you don't need ours. The bundles are for shops that want a turnkey setup.
